• Children under 12: 50% off service fee

If we don't secure your ETA approval due to our error, we refund 100% of our service fee. The guarantee covers:

• Application preparation errors
• Document handling mistakes
• Submission timing errors
• Communication failures from our side

Note: The $34 government fee is non-refundable as it's paid directly to Kenya immigration. The guarantee doesn't cover rejections due to incorrect information provided by you or undisclosed eligibility issues.
