How it works

We help you prepare a complete, correct application. You submit it yourself on the official portal, and the Government of Kenya decides.

The Kenya eTA process

Where we help, and where the Government takes over

Most of the work happens before you reach the official form. That's where mistakes are easiest to fix.

  1. 01

    You

    Create an account

Sign up with your email. Your case is saved as you go.

  2. 02

    You

    Prepare your application

Answer questions that adapt to your trip, and upload your documents.

  3. 03

    Us

    Check it

Every answer is checked automatically. With a reviewed service, our team checks your answers against your documents too.

  4. 04

    You

    Pay our service fee

Once your answers are complete, pay through Paystack's secure checkout.

  5. 05

    You

    Submit on the official portal

Follow our step-by-step guide. You pay the government eTA fee there, by card.

  6. 06

    Government

    Decision

The Government of Kenya reviews your application and sends you its decision. Only it can issue an eTA.
