Travelling together
Each traveler, including children, needs their own eTA, so each person has their own case and their own fee.
Straightforward family trips
Open a case for each traveler from the same account. Everyone's cases stay together under My Cases, so you can see at a glance what each person still needs.

Service fee explained
What you pay, and to whom
Our service fee · paid to eTAhelp
- Covers our help preparing and checking your application.
- Charged once per case, after your answers are complete.
- Paid through Paystack, by card or mobile money. We never see your card details.
- A receipt is always available on your case.
Government eTA fee · paid to the Government of Kenya
- Set by the Government, and paid by card on the official portal when you submit.
- We never collect it, and can't refund it.
- Check the official portal for the current amount.
